I would like to add bonus points to users so that I can test the AlphaUserPoints 1.7.2 extension on Joomla! 2.5.4 since paypal sandbox is not adding any points.

However I don't understand how to add points to users? In the AlphaUserPoints backend, when I go to the user list and select a user, clicking Bonus+ does nothing?

You must enable the rule "Bonus" in the rules manager of AUP and attribs X points to this rule.
Then you go to user list and select + click on Bonus button.

Thanks!

I enabled the Bonus rule but the Bonus button still didn't do anything, just says: "Recalculation made".

But I enabled the "custom points" rule and that works!
