Hello, i need some help here.

A lot of my membes notic that the referral was not assigned to their downline.

I tested it by myself and i could get a referral only the first time i tested.
All other registrations after this don't assign the ref to my downline.
I read that this might be the IP.
Means: If i test it from the same IP then it cannot work.
Is this correct?

Many of my members report that they don't get referrals.
New members join under their reflink but they're not assigned to their downline.

Questions:
1.) I tested it but i managed it to get only 1 referral (myself), all other tests don't work.
2.) Will the referral be assigned also if he surfs the site and after switching back to the signup page he will be assigned to the correct referrer?
Means: Will the reflink be stored as a cookie?

I really need to know this and i need help here.
To get referrals is the main feature on my site and it shold work correctly.

Referral system is based on Cookies and I confirm: test from same IP not working.

Hmm, so how can we test it and be sure that it works?

3 more important questions:

1.) Does the cookie save also "no referrer".
Means when someone visits my site without a referrallink and a few days later with a reflink, then he will not be assigned to the last visited referrer?

2.) How long does the stay?

3.) Is it a problem when the user visits the site without "www"?

I really need some help here.
My members don't get their referrals.

My team and I tested it but we cannot be sure that it works because of the IP restrictions (which generally very good to prevent that members create referrals on their own).

So, it would be very nice if some people here (+ Admin Bernard) take only 1-2 minutes to register to my site that i can see that it works.

I already contacted you through your contact email and i offer you also money to have a look at this but i get no replies.

I have nearly 100 members in the meantime and not all got their referrals.
I'm still not to 100% sure if the refsystem works correctly.
Some reported that they have sent their friends their reflink but the ref was not assigned.
