How about writing rules so that the points are given automatically?

Your questions seems bit odd to me. Have you read the documentation?

I've try to do it by updating database tables (.csv) file but it dosen't work (mostly becouse im not genius of webmastering ). Maby you can add function to export/import points from/to csv file. That would be right step in my opinion.
